To reserve your room at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto International Airport:
Phone Marriott Reservations at 888-627-7092 and ask for the CDSA group rate.
CDSA has secured a limited number of hotel rooms for our group at a special rate of $279 for a Traditional Room (per room, per night, single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes and fees). Our group rate will be available until Tuesday, March 5, 2024, or until our room block has been sold out, whichever comes first. After that point, any new reservation will be subject to availability at the daily rate applicable at the time of reservation.
Individuals are responsible for their own hotel reservations and their own room, taxes, and incidental charges. A credit card must be provided when reserving a room. All charges must be paid upon checkout.
Complimentary high-speed wireless internet is included in our group room rate.
Please note: The only hotel room block organized for CDSA is the one listed above. CDSA does not endorse or recommend booking hotel reservations through any source other than the hotel itself, and no other housing company, travel agent, or third party agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of CDSA.
PARKING: Parking at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel is located at the Pearson International Airport - Terminal 3. Upon entering the parking garage, follow the signage to P5 for access to the hotel main lobby. The discounted self-parking rate for the CDSA 2024 Scientific Session is $30 per vehicle, per day. Parking is based upon availability.
PLEASE NOTE: The priority of both the CDSA and the CAOMS is to create a safe environment at the meeting. All aspects of the meeting will be conducted following local public health guidelines in place at the time of the meeting.
All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing, by email to registration@unconventionalplanning.com.
Refunds of registration fees, less a $50 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received by Friday, March 1, 2024. No refunds will be issued after this date. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute someone in your place. Refunds will be processed after the meeting.
